Graduated in Architecture and Urbanism at UnB, in Brasília, he has worked some
years in architecture bureaus, and after attending a workshop with the Campana
Brothers, in Boisbouchet, moved to São Paulo and started to work with furniture/object design.

His work is very technique and material driven, focused on understanding how materials can be transformed using manual possibilities. At the moment he has two types of objects being produced at his studio. The hand woven upholsteries are series production pieces - some of these designs have been in the market for over 10 years, like the Cloud collection. The paper pulp and ceramics pieces are produced as single objects; it is the research that allows him to explore new possibilities with more freedom, dealing in an intense way with the relation between aesthetics and functionality.
